Free delivery for our valued workplace customers
Because we love our regular customers, we deliver for free to any one of our 25,000 workplaces that are visited fortnightly by our Franchise network on their usual delivery day. If you are not a current workplace customer we are still able to deliver to your workplace free of charge if one of our local Books & Gifts Direct Representatives works near you. We’ll endeavour to deliver your purchase within 15* business days.
*Please note that if you are in a rural location your delivery may take 15-25 business days. We will endeavour to get it to you within 15 business days but please note delivery schedules can vary depending on your location. If you want the delivery sooner, for a small charge check out our Fast Trak delivery option which will get your products to you within 3-5 business days.
If you can’t wait for your local Books & Gifts Direct Representative to deliver your item you can opt for Fast Delivery for an additional charge. Fast Delivery orders are couriered from your local warehouse within 2 business days of receipt of order. Deliveries by courier are then made within 3-5 business days from receipt of order. Delivery times may be longer for more remote areas. The service costs $9.95 per delivery for most areas however some regional areas will attract a higher charge.
If you need to return an item, please read this page carefully to ensure your return is handled correctly.
Most orders from Books & Gifts Direct are delivered without a problem, but understandably from time-to-time things go wrong and you may need to arrange a return. That’s OK, because at Books & Gifts Direct you can shop with confidence knowing that we have a “no questions asked money back guarantee”.
Provided the item is unopened and in good condition we’ll replace the item or provide a full refund. To receive your replacement or refund you must return the original item to Books & Gifts Direct.
My Item was delivered by a Books & Gifts Direct Representative (Free Delivery)
If your item was delivered by your local Books & Gifts Direct Representative please contact them directly or your local Books & Gifts Direct Office to arrange refund or replacement. Your local Books & Gifts Direct Representative will return to your workplace on or before their next delivery cycle and process your refund on site. Funds will be refunded to your credit card within 2-3 days.
My Item was delivered by Courier (Fast Delivery)
If you paid for Fast Delivery please contact your local Books & Gifts Direct Office to arrange refund or replacement.
For damaged, faulty or incorrect items delivered you will be provided with a no-cost return-addressed courier satchel (or similar) and Books & Gifts Direct will process your full refund or replacement within 2–3 days of receiving your item.
If you change your mind you will be required to return the item to your local Books & Gifts Direct Office at your own expense. Provided the item is unopened and in good condition Books & Gifts Direct will process your refund less courier charges within 2–3 days of receiving your item.
